It’s been confirmed that the 2019 Naki Run Amuck will be supporting New Zealand Land Search and Rescue Incorporated (LandSAR) Taranaki! Last year $11,000 was raised through the Naki Run Amuck event, with the funds going to multiple voluntary groups including the main beneficiary Surf Life Saving New Zealand.
The annual event will be held on the 14th April 2019 and we’re anticipating this will be one of our biggest events yet with addition of a new family race! If you’re keen to support Land Search and Rescue Incorporated (LandSAR) Taranaki this year, get discounts on your entry, or want to check out some of our new features – read all about it below.

This year the kid’s course will be run as one race including all school Years 4-8 over the span of a 3.2km race for $15 for early bird registration and $20 from April 1st.
Get stuck in with the family this year. Parents will be able to run with their children (up to school Year 8) on the 3.2km course. The family ticket costs $110 (early bird) per family and includes 2 adults and up to 3 children (up to Year 8). The Family Course will be will be the same course and length as the Kids Event.
Each year there are a number of spot prizes to be won, ranging from a stay in a luxury hotel to dinner vouchers and more. Run Amuck is a fun event where people like to get properly dressed up in costume and are often rewarded for their effort! So get prepared to get muddy and have a great, fun time.
